Questions to Ponder

Two posts in one day, wow, that’s unheard of. Sorry to fill your in-boxes twice today. Not only do I have help with my food medicine prep today giving me some time for ‘other’ things, I am also feeling inspired by what I found in my own in-box that I wanted to share.

There is nothing like having a few powerful questions to ponder, don’t you think? Well thanks to a couple of my favorite blogger’s/blogs, I’ve been marinating in a few doozies the last couple of days.

Since they are just too good not to share, I’m posting them here for you!

What’s been on your mind this week?

All love,

Treesa

  1. I’m liking these! :)

  2. Soul vitamins? I need to take some for sure and I love the thought about what I might be able to do for the ‘first’ time. It has been too long since I’ve done something for the first time. Thanks for planting the seeds and sharing the questions worth pondering!

Oh what great questions I will have to give it some thought. Have not thought much about anything this week other than the weekend haha.

  5. There are several components to my soul vitamin. First and foremost is recognizing the blessings that come into my life daily –and acknowledging them with gratitude. I have a white board hung on my refrigerator and I use to struggle to write each day just one gratitude or blessing that came into my life. After years of practicing, I can now recognize the many blessings that come my way throughout the day, and feel gratitude for them–often within moments of receiving the blessing. It may be enjoying the beauty that passes by the bus window (there is nothing like seeing Mt. Hood or Mount St. Helens in pre-dawn glory!), or the appreciation and gratitude may come from the support of a co-worker. Even receiving a smile from a homeless person can lift the soul!
Another component to my soul vitamin is taking the time to meditate –and I use my casa crystals to deepen the experience.
Lastly, giving massages (or receiving one!) lifts the soul and re-energize body and mind too!

The last time I did something for the first time was when I went hiking with my favorite couple and we climbed down into one of Mount St. Helen’s lahar!

Thank you Treesa for posting these questions. What a Blessing you are in my life, and I am Grateful!
